Loved the audio, Margo! The gap can feel huge and overwhelming. Love the shift to baby steps which feel more do-able. The small steps do add up to the big results! Inch by inch

Thanks Gina. It is amazing how you can progress with just one movement at a time! I am sure you see this in your work with women business owners–how they can turn on from a few baby steps to accomplish great things!
Thanks for sharing.

Thank you Nadine! I think inspirational people gravitate to each other, as you and your work are touching lives everyday.
I always like to go back to simplicity. This is powerful. One small step ALWAYS comes before the big finale’

This is a great reminder Margo! I often get frustrated about not hitting my end points sooner. But when I stop and look at what I have achieved, it is usually more than I thought I was capable in a couple of hours/day. Baby steps and maintaining momentum is key. Love the audio blog as well!
For certain Charlotte, and there is a gigantic tie-i between baby steps and the power of momentum. What makes the baby steps so powerful is that when you take one, you leverage momentum and then if you take just another small steps, you are on to phenomenal changes!
Love and hugs, and thank you for reading and sharing.

Thank you, Margo! This audio is exactly what I needed to hear at this moment. Focusing on each step is so much better than being overwhelmed with the “gap”. It gives me hope. As long as I put one foot in front of the other and keep moving forward, I will get there.
Absolutely Susan. THAT is exactly the way to do it, through multiple small steps. All you need to know is the next step. You are on to magnificent things. Just embrace every small step on the amazing path and journey!

Margo

I love that… a new way to learn from Margo, that is fantastic. I agree with Lisa these gaps are ‘sleep killers’ and it’s also about expectations what you elegantly call ‘Realities’.
This was inspiring. I think you should consider doing more of them…so I could listen to you when I’m in my car.

I just love you Christine. You are so full of light!
Yes, I will do more (you can also search my blog for others from the past). I like to listen too, lol!
No more killing sleep. We do each day what is in our hearts, and we see the value of even the smallest action. If that is all we can do on a particular day, we do it, and the next day we do another, thus jiggling the power of momentum for big changes over time.
Love and hugs, and thank you for stopping by and sharing.

Awesome audio, Margo! I think the gap you speak of is something that keeps people awake at night. I love how you set forth that small baby steps can lead to big results. It’s so true…
Thanks for the reminder. Small and steady can win the race.
It certainly can Lisa, and often with our busy lives, family, and sometimes the unexpected events, often all we can take is a baby step, so instead of blowing it off altogether and being discouraged, take the step, then take another tiny one as soon as you can. Before long you are leaping and bounding and accomplishing more than you ever dreamed.
That’s how it’s done!
Hugs, and thanks for listening and sharing your thoughts with us.

Hi Margo, loved the audio! So much better than reading (for me), since I must spend so much time staring at a computer screen. I could close my eyes and just listen and soak it all in. You inspire me. Although I’m in a totally different line of work than interior decorating (jewelry designer), what you offer is applicable to everyone. I even found inspiration for adding a little more exercise to my life in your message–my “small step” toward better fitness. Keep up the good work, friend. BTW, the jewelry sales are increasing . . . Yay!
Thanks for your input Marylee. It seems a lot of people like the audios so I will go back to doing more of them.
Yes, you are so right Marylee, what I share applies to my clients who are in the Interior Design and industry (a good deal of my clientele) as well as to the other business owners I help worldwide. It does not seem to matter where you are from or what you do, small steps work for BIG results.
So glad to hear you use the message in others ways in addition to business, such as exercising. Actually, it is interesting you made that connection because one of the very first times I shared this message, I used the example of getting on a treadmill or taking a walk to the mailbox–Just do a few steps without guilt and without pressure. Once you do you can take a few more IF that is what you feel. And BOOM, there goes the power of momentum almost like magic. Before you know it you WANT to walks a few more steps!
So glad to hear you are increasing in the jewelry sales. I know how much you love the craft of jewelry making.
Love and hugs,
Margo
